Rewards Update

Hello Somnium Eleven Backers!

We have happy news that a few rewards have gone out this past week. And we're also excited to share that our team is working on a visual prototype of the game to be completed by end of the month 🎉 We are on track for some preliminary user-testing feedback sessions with our Discord backers in the February 2021 timeframe.

Distributed Rewards

• 💌 E-Thank you Cards — Thank you cards have been distributed to all backers who have filled out the survey. If you did not receive a card and did fill out the survey, please feel free to email us at [email protected] - and for those who have not filled out the survey, we will send a card this upcoming weekend to the name and email address associated with the Kickstarter account. Otherwise if you would like them personalized, please make sure to fill out your BackerKit survey!
• 📝 Behind-the-Scenes Newsletter — The first newsletter went out on 12/14 EST to the emails that were listed on the BackerKit survey. If you did not receive the email newsletter and did fill out the survey,  please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will look into it. And for those who have not filled out the survey and would like to receive upcoming newsletters, please make sure to fill out your BackerKit survey!
• 👾 Discord Server Invite — BackerKit has distributed the invite link for the server.  Please check your email for it!
• 🖼️ Sifting Thyme Digital Posters — If any backers chose this as an add-on, the release code has been distributed through BackerKit.

Hi Somnium Eleven Backers,

First, we want to thank everyone who has completed their survey so far ✨ Already 76% of backers have completed it, which is much appreciated as this helps us keep things moving forward for reward production and starting those backer experiences in December. If you haven't done so already, please make sure to complete your survey by next Monday, November 30th if you have any rewards as part of your pledge. Please note that if you miss this deadline, some of the rewards/experiences going out in December may be missed then! 😱

In the meantime, here are a few fun facts about the Somnium Eleven campaign based off of the BackerKit survey results as of today:

Understandably, we've received a few questions regarding the BackerKit Survey. Hopefully the below will answer a vast majority of them: 

•  I haven't received my survey — Your survey was sent to the email you have on file at Kickstarter; it may have been caught in spam. If you can't find it, please go to:  (https://somnium-eleven.backerkit.com/ ) You'll be prompted to enter your email address (use your Kickstarter email!) and you'll be able to complete the survey. 
•  I did this & I still can't access my survey — if that still does not work for you, please email us at [email protected] and we will get you a direct link to access your survey. 
•  When will my card be charged for shipping/add-on purchases? — as soon as all the Backer surveys have been submitted, we will lock down the orders and your card will be charged shortly after. Ideally, this should happen the week of November 30th.
•  Will I be able to change my shipping address later? — Yes! We will only be locking down orders to understand what rewards need to be produced and fulfilled. We will lock down shipping addresses closer to the ship dates in 2021. Before locking those addresses down, we will send out email blasts to backers for a last call on updating shipping addresses.

BackerKit Surveys coming your way~!

Hi Backers,

We've been notified by Kickstarter that the pledges have been processed so now Nochi can start porting things over to our pledge fulfillment service, BackerKit! We anticipate that the pledge surveys should be in your inboxes in 1-2 days. Keep an eye for an email from BackerKit - and check your spam just in case if you haven't received something by end of week. We will be locking surveys by November 30th.

As a heads up, we will be opening up a pre-order store for the public later this week. With that being said, we wanted to provide a tip that if any backers are interested in add-ons, make sure to claim those via the BackerKit survey. Kickstarter backers will have access to Somnium Eleven add-ons that are slightly discounted compared to what we are offering to non-backers. A small perk as a thank you to you all :)
